What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to write in the message, plus optionally your company and website.
When you browse the site we collect standard analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, referring source, and device and browser type. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors from analytics data.
Why we collect it
Contact form data is used to reply to your enquiry and, if we begin working together, to administer that relationship. It is not added to a marketing list, and we do not send sequences you did not ask for.
Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and which are not, so we can improve them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after twenty-four months. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by applicable tax and contract law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider, our email provider, our analytics provider and our CRM. Each processes data on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We do not sell data to anyone, under any circumstances.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to processing. Email info@aiguiderpro.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. We would rather you raised it with us first, but that right is yours regardless.
International transfers
We operate from the United Arab Emirates, the United States and India, so data may be processed in any of those jurisdictions. Transfers are made under the appropriate safeguards for the regions involved.
