How the timezones actually work
Dubai opens the day, New Delhi overlaps it for most of the morning, and New York picks up as Dubai closes. The practical effect is a working window of roughly eighteen hours rather than eight.
The part worth being honest about: this helps response times and delivery throughput. It does not mean twenty-four hour support, and we do not claim it. Anything genuinely urgent outside those hours should go to the phone rather than email.

Clients across the Middle East, North America, Europe and South Asia. Language coverage is English first, with multi-language programmes run through the enterprise engagement model.
Contracting and invoicing arrangements vary by region, and there are jurisdictions where we cannot currently invoice cleanly. We will tell you on the first call rather than at contract stage.
What being multi-market changes about the work
Assistants and search engines return different answers by region, sometimes substantially. A prompt set built for one market does not transfer to another without rebuilding it, and a business visible in one country can be entirely absent in the next.
For multi-market clients we run a separate baseline per market. It is more work, and it is the only way the numbers mean anything.
